Ticket Sales Launch for the 6th Edition of the New Mobility Congress!

Super Early Bird tickets for KNM 2025 are now available. The largest sustainable transport conference and expo in the CEE region will take place from September 23-25 at the MCK in Katowice, spanning 12,000 square meters. The event is organized by PSNM, with the Górnośląsko-Zagłębiowska Metropolis serving as host for next year's edition. The conference will welcome over 8,000 participants, including representatives from the European Commission, central government, local authorities, and e-mobility industry leaders from around the world.

For the sixth time, Poland will become the European capital of zero-emission transport and new mobility. During this period of challenges and Poland's upcoming EU Council presidency, high-ranking politicians, EU and national decision-makers, representatives from central and local government and industry, city mayors, diplomats, academia, start-ups, and all other market stakeholders will convene at the New Mobility Congress. Next year's program will address all the most critical political, economic, regulatory, market, technological, and social issues related to mobility and energy transformation.

"Next year's edition of the New Mobility Congress will be a unique forum for the most important stakeholders in the sustainable transport sector. KNM 2025 will take place in a new market and regulatory reality, including the implementation of increased emission reduction targets for passenger and commercial vehicles. In this context, strengthening the competitiveness and reindustrialization of the European Union in the face of expansion by manufacturers from other world regions is becoming increasingly urgent. To fulfill decarbonization obligations (including those arising from AFIR), member states need more effective support instruments. Our ambition is for key stakeholders to develop solutions during KNM 2025 that support the sustainable transformation of the CEE region, particularly in the economic dimension," states Aleksander Rajch, Board Member of PSNM.

KNM 2024 attracted approximately 4,000 participants, including over 400 speakers from around the world. The event program featured 160 debates, workshops, and substantive presentations. More than 150 partners and exhibitors attended, 20 industry premieres took place, and zero-emission technologies were showcased across 5,000 square meters of expo space. Conference organizers announce they plan to double these numbers in 2025.

"Although for years Upper Silesia and Zagłębie were associated with heavy industry and coal mines, today they radiate green energy and surprise with their modernity. We are very pleased that the New Mobility Congress is moving from Łódź to Katowice. Together we will organize the most important event for the sustainable mobility and zero-emission technology sector in this part of Europe," says Kazimierz Karolczak, Chairman of the Górnośląsko-Zagłębiowska Metropolis Board.

PSNM emphasizes that the ongoing transition toward zero emissions creates a historic opportunity to significantly strengthen the competitiveness and innovation of the Polish economy. Subject to implementing appropriate support instruments, new mobility could generate an additional 5% of Poland's GDP by 2050. This substantial potential is confirmed by areas where Polish companies already have a strong presence in European supply chains, including the battery industry, zero-emission bus manufacturing, and charging station production.

"The cumulative value of electric vehicles sold worldwide could increase to $9 trillion by 2030, and to $63 trillion by 2050. That's why it's so important to support the diversification of companies focused on supplying components for conventional vehicles and to create optimal conditions for investors in the new mobility sector. Many strategic industries need a fresh perspective, including heavy transport and logistics, and in the longer term, aviation and maritime shipping," says Łukasz Witkowski, Vice President of PSNM.

KNM targets not only industry but also local governments, whose representatives participate in the event in large numbers each year.

"The primary goal of new mobility is societal development and improving quality of life and health. Sustainable development means progress in each of the most important dimensions: social, environmental, and economic. Annual losses from air pollution in Europe already amount to approximately €600 billion. This is just one of many challenges that new mobility development and changing mobility habits can address," comments Agata Wiśniewska-Mazur, Deputy Director for Organization at PSNM.

Those interested in participating in the New Mobility Congress 2025 can purchase tickets now. Organizers have introduced three categories: Conference & EXPO Pass, Conference & EXPO Premium Pass, and Conference & EXPO Executive Pass. The packages differ in benefits. Super Early Bird pre-sale tickets can be purchased until January 31, 2025, or while supplies last, in the Tickets section.
